When using X12 Partnering to ensure two of my suppliers work collaboratively during execution of the contract, should I also list the contracting authority?

Contracting authority is not a term used in NEC however, when you include X12 you are required to enter in the Contract Data who the "Client" is which may or may not be the same organisation as the "Employer" named in the Contract Data.
