If the Contractor has missed the Subcontract Fee % in ECC Option C contract, during the assessment of CE, can the PM use SSOCC to assess if it is anticipated the Contractor needs to contract out in many CE.
I have understood that there is a Subcontract Fee % stated in CD2.
If it is clear that the Contractor has missed off the Subcontractor fee % within its assessment then the PM, acting impartially, should make the adjustment in considering the quotation. Whether the quotation is acceptable is for the PM to decide.
