Good question, for many years people (contractors?) have campaigned for deemed acceptance of the programme in the same way that a compensation event notification and quotation can become deemed accepted. NEC4 does now provide for deemed acceptance of the Contractor’s programme in broadly the same was as NEC3 provided for deemed acceptance of the compensation event.
