TSC Option X19

Using Option A - If quantities are found to be incorrect on an accepted Task Order (X19) are these revised and re-measured within the amount due, for both:

Items taken from the Price List
Defined Cost

Once the Task Order has been issued under clause X19.2 the Contractor is entitled to be paid the total of the Prices for the Task provided all the items of work in the Task have been completed. The only way this would change would be if there had been a compensation event under clause X19.10 so in order to get paid more you would need to have an instruction from the Service Manager that changed the Task Order. If the Service Manager hasn't done this and quantities have increased, this would not be paid for. Equally if the quantities have reduced, the Service Manager can't ask for some money back.
