As long as it is done legally then should not be an issue - but that needs both Parties but in to wording etc and then to sign it. It is in effect a new contract and not something that is necessarily that straight forward.

Hi Glenn,

What are the legal implications of amending standard forms of contract to
suit the contractual parties needs?

I was experiencing difficulty in posting a question when clicking on "ask a question" so I would be grateful if you could answer my question on here.

Thank You.

Once you are a registered with Built intelligence (which you must be to add this post) you should see a tab at the top that says "ask a question". This then allows you to post a question. If you are not seeing this, send me a screen shot (to glenn@gmhplanning.co.uk) of your "home" page and I will try to help further.

Hi Glenn,

Apologies for asking, but..........how do I ask a question? I've looked at the FAQ's and can't see anything there which actually tells me what to click on to ask a question.

Am I not able to ask a question yet as I'm a very new member?

Thank you
