Under an option C contract, Contractor’s insurance has increased due to compensation events. Can they include an item to cover change in insurance within the quotations for each CE?

No, the cost of taking out insurance is not one of the costs listed in the Schedule of Cost Components, even under 7. Insurance. Therefore under clause 52.1, it is treated as being in the Fee.
