What happens to the Equipment on termination if it is owned by the Subcontractor?

The Employer can either: Instruct the Contractor to remove any Equipment, Plant and Materials from the Site and assign the the benefit of any subcontract or other contract related to performance of this contract to the Employer (P2) or, negotiate with the Equipment’s owner to continue using the Equipment.
