Under the NEC3 PSC option C are you able to claim the costs for the time taken to formulate Compensation Event Quotations? We have agreed rates in the contract data part 2 but I can not see any where which stipulates clearly that you can or can’t claim the hours taken to formulate a Compensation Event Quotation.

Under option A the cost of producing CE quotations is excluded (62.7). The same clause does not exist under option C, therefore the cost of producing quotations is NOT excluded and can be included within the CE quotation.
