Under an Option B contract CE can a Contractor apply the subcontractor percentage fee to the SSCC cost of subcontractor works which already includes a percentage of subcontractor overhead and profit?

the amount assessed using the SSCC should not include any subcontract overhead and profit since the amounts should be based on the resources being the Contractor’s. The subcontracted fee percentage would be added to the subcontracted work and this should fund the subcontractor’s overhead and profit.
